The project, located in the Middle East, aimed to establish an online stock exchange to modernize the outdated paper-based trading system.
Our objective was to develop and enforce network and system security, alongside establishing policies and governance structures.
Collaboration was key, as our team included professionals from Europe, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa, working in tandem with the client’s IT department.
We initiated the project with a risk assessment utilizing a French methodology. This was followed by concurrent phases of policy and governance development, as well as IT procurement, setup, and deployment.
The system and organization have been successfully launched and are performing well.
